Rainbow Themed Cake

2 tier Rainbow cake, top tier consists of 6 layer 6 inches and the bottom layer is 6 layers 8 inches. Cake is filled with vanilla buttercream. The bottom tier has piped buttercream rainbow swirls and the top tier is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream frosting to look like clouds lined with smarties and molded butterflies. Cake is topped with a rainbow topper.
